Work in progress
I’ve taken up many hobbies lately, to find what makes me wake up in the morning, even if I’d rather sleep some more. I have been growing up with this idea running in my head, that I am not talented at all. I can’t draw, write stories, sing, my patience is running low when talking about handcrafting, I don’t have an eye for photos. Even so, I decided to try a number of different things, on and off, maybe something will stick in the long run.
Here is where I keep my progress status, for those who are interested and, above all else, as a constant reminder that maybe I lack talent, but commitment is something of my own doing.
Writing the lines above made me reconsider the bucket of things gathered in this page. Some are projects in which I am barely a guest, even so, equally important to me.
So, gathered here, links to where you can find:
1. My catching up on world’s treasures
- My reading list
- Movies that I have seen
- Traveling journal
2. Projects for the mind and soul, in which I am barely a breadcrumb and happy about it
- Postcrossing (with my blog updates on postcard exchange)
- 101 things to do in 1001 days
- TED translator, this way I can have a small contribution, as well as listen to some of world’s greatest people speak about extraordinary things
3. Arts and crafts (links will follow as soon as ideas will leave the project status, into tangible reality)
- Photography
- Guitar
- Drawing and painting
- Handmade
4. Collections
5. Sports and outdoor fun
- I am the proud owner of a sky-blue bike, unfortunately underused. the plan is to use it more around the city and, eventually, go on some weekend trips
